Bishop-McCann is seeking a Technology Administrator to work predominantly with one of our pharmaceutical client teams. This is a strategic role responsible for optimizing and overseeing the technology infrastructure and support organizational efficiency and effectiveness within the department.
This role combines technical expertise with a deep understanding of operational processes to drive improvements and ensure seamless integration of technology and departmental processes.
The scope of the role includes:
*Assigned system monitoring and maintenance
*Analyze procedures for optimization with focus on continuous improvement (both process and technology)
*Manage the integration of new technologies and tools into existing systems
*Provide technical support to users, addressing issues and resolving problems related to assigned systems
*Develop and deliver training sessions to ensure users are proficient with new technologies and tools
*Manage SOP documentation and templates for assigned systems
*Lead or participate in technology-related projects aimed at improving operational efficiency
*Develop project plans, manage timelines and ensure successful delivery within scope and budget
*Generate reports and reporting templates, as requested
*Work closely with cross-functional departments to align technology initiatives with organizational goals
*Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends
Primary responsibilities include:
*Optimize processes with focus on automation and data consistency
* Maintain a holistic view of the account usage, setting configurations, permission/visibility and reporting
*Assist in troubleshooting and testing
*Develop standard operating procedures and workflow for Cvent
*Point of contact for budget entry specialist
*Quality control of system usage and data input
*Cvent subject matter expert
*Creates reporting decks, as assigned
Candidates should possess a minimum of 5 years of event technology experience and project management expertise in the event services and event registration industry.
We will consider candidates who can be based in Foster City, CA (hybrid model with two remote days per week) or remote candidates based in the other states where BMC can hire employees: AR, AZ, CO, FL, GA, IL, KS, ME, MI, MO, NJ, NY, NV, PA, SC, TN, TX and WI.
